Mini LUSH Haul

Last month I went to visit my boyfriend who works in Oxford for his university placement and was fortunate enough to be 'allowed' to go in Lush. I thought he was going to moan at me being a boy but to my surprise he didn't mind, and even got his mum something the cutie. Where I live there isn't a lush store so I was so excited to be able to by some products, although in hindsight I definitely should have got more than just two! So when it came to being back in Sheffield I knew I had to grab a couple more things, plus the sales assistant was so nice finding out the christmas product info for me and placing things on hold, that I just couldn't say no.

The first I got was Sex Bomb as I knew this was a classic that numerous bloggers I watch had raved about and I just new I need to give it a try. I'm not sure as to why they call it sex bomb as with the pretty colours and the little flower thats inside it doesn't really seem fitting.  The scent is a fragrant blend of jasmine, ylang ylnag and clary sage which are meant to be to perfect combination to relaxation which I do have to say is very true! It was so pretty except for the little rice paper flower which kind of disintegrated and went all soggy but never less it was such a lovely bath. Both the combination of smell and the colours made for a very gentle and relaxing bath time and I would definitely buy this product again. Also all ingredients are vegan friendly so it is suitable for everyone!

The next thing I purchased was the Comforter Shower cream as I had heard some great things about this all over instagram and youtube so realised it must be a good one! It has such a strong sweet smell  and is so moisturising, I just loved it.  It contains blackcurrents with give it that strong berry smell which is divine, as well as almond oil which can be really good for your hair, it is just the perfect combination of ingredients if you like sweet smelling products. A little really went a long way as I only used a couple of tiny squeezes. I only bought the smallest bottle as I like to be sure of a product before I spend the big bucks on it, but I will definitely be repurchasing this in the bigger size.

The next two products I have yet to try so will need to give them a little review afterwards, but I have written what Lush have to say about them below and I can't wait to see if they're as fab as they sound! I got the Comforter Bubble bar purely down to the smell of it when I was in store, and the fact it was the one that looked the most popular. It is of course just the bar version of the Shower cream above so I know that I am guaranteed to like it.

Lush said that 'Sometimes you just need to shut yourself off from the outside world under a blanket of fruity foam that will put you back in the right frame of mind to face the world. This bar is super sized, so you'll only need to crumble half a bar under your tap to make enough bubbles for a long, comforting soak. Cassis absolute gives a distinctive blackcurrent fragrance, while bergamot adds an uplifting note.'

Lastly I got the Rose Jam bubble bar all because it is so glittery, and nothing can simply beat a glittery bath can it not?

Lush said 'Pep up your spirits in a bath filled with Rose Jam: lemon, rose and geranium oil will help perk you up, while coconut oil and Shea butter leave you feeling gorgeous. You'll end up feeling as cheered as though you'd been given a bunch of flowers. Rose oil and rose absolute give a double dose of rosiness, helping to clear the mind and boost your mood.'

Rose Jam Bubble Bar- £3.75

I would love to hear your Lush suggestions for next time I visit. I really want to go to the Oxford street store as I have heard so many good things about it and all the limited editions.
